• Our computers are all password protected and guarded by up-to-date software firewalls.
• We back up our files at a secure, remote location for safekeeping.
• When it’s necessary to collaborate with specialists in our network, we send files through a secure encrypted document management site.

We have reduced our carbon footprint. In fact, we scan incoming paper documents, store them electronically and recycle the paper. In the end, we use less paper, less toner, less office equipment. Even our old fax machine has been recycled.
